Introducing Week-old Chicks to Hen with Day-Old Chick

Wow! Thank you all for the advice!!! My broody is now a momma to 9! She took the other three chicks last night, this morning all is well and she was showing them around

No pecking and I'm actually surprised by the amount of pecks in the eye she is taking from them.
I think I made two mistakes the first day I introduced them. The first was trying to do all 6 chicks at on a and the second (which was probably the main culprit for rejection) was going in with a flashlight, then watching for 30+ minutes to make sure all was well. While she let them go under her then, in the morning she was pecking at them.
So, as some BYC members suggested. I did just 3 at a time, no lights, just plopped them under her, stood in the dark for about 2 minutes til the chirping stopped and left.
