Introducing Young Duckling to Older Ducklings

I have one lone duckling that was given to me and he/she was just hatched a day or two ago. I have six three week old ducklings that can be his/her friend, however, my three week old ducklings are HUGE compared to the one day old duckling.
I do not want to raise the new duckling as a loner, currently they are separated into two brooders.
Should I wait to introduce the ducklings when the little one is bigger? I'm afraid the three week old ducklings might stomp on the little one or harass it.

Yes you will have to wait a couple of weeks. A look no touch pen definitely helps and you can introduce them as you monitor them for bad behaviour.
