Hello,
My name is Lindsay. I live in Ne and have 4 children and 22 chickens. Three days ago my fiance and I went out to do chicken chores and noticed one chicken in the snow not moving. I went over and picked the chicken up and it looked like it had been beat up. Bleeding from her beak, eyes shut and not able to stand, combs and area around their eyes are purple. Whites of their eyes were red. Two hours later I found another one. Today I found one more. The sickest one I found was the first one. I have kept them segregated and they are doing better, but still not able to walk. However, now I am concerned this could be the bird flu. They are in our shop so they could be exposing my whole family. I just need answers.
