Thank you. I will do that. Hoping to be able to get some photos later this week when we go up there for the home inspection.

That is what I am hoping for. At this point, it is a matter of logistics, I live an hour away and not sure when they will be actually leaving.

Well, we just had the home inspection. The owner was present and she was kind enough to take me and show me the coop and chickens that will be coming along with the property. Am so happy to say that she has agreed to take care of the chickens after she moves out and until we are able to actually get moved in. She is also staying in the community so has agreed for to give me here number for questions that may come up. After today, this is what I know for sure. She has about 8 hens, 3 different breeds, all are sweet well natured hens that I was able to pet a bit with out any trouble. The breeds are Buff Orphington, Rhode Island Red, and a Brahma. In the past they had Americana (that has pretty eggs) and another black and white breed and both of them were really mean. She is currently gathering about a dozen eggs per day, but she said that that will drop off in a few months to around 3 per day during the cold months. Some of the hens are molting, so look a bit rough, but are all healthy. The coop is AWESOME, with several nesting boxes, but when we went in there 3 of the hens were all in one box. She is leaving me something called a brooder as well. I am so excited, we are tentatively looking at mid July for actual move. There is a slim possibility that we may be able to close earlier and move sooner. Praying for that to happen.
