I'm originally from Traverse City area in Michigan but have lived in Florida most of my life. I'm in my 70's I started raising chickens around 50 years ago. Didn't have them for awhile while I was in the military and after I came back to the states from my tour because of the laws at the time didn't allow poultry where I lived but now they do. In the mean time I bought a farm where I could have all of the birds I wanted. I have gotten chicks from Townline Hatchery in Zeeland many years ago. They were shipped to Florida. No problems.
