So, I currently have my main coop which houses 4 assorted hens an a rooster. The rooster hates me. I have found a sanctuary that will take him when I've decided I'm ready to give up. I also have aTractor Supply coop with 3 chicks. 1 is about 8 weeks old the younger 2 are 5 weeks old and I'm thinking one of them is a rooster. My questions are, if I'm going to remove my current rooster - do I do it before or after introducing the younger chickens or remove him and introduce the new ones at the same time? My flock handled the last introduction of 2 hens pretty low stress, but unsure if the adult roo would go after a 8 week old roo?

If you are getting rid of the rooster and chances of future attacks are imminent, the sooner the better. Chickens are always a bit out of sorts when a rooster is removed and may be the perfect time to introduce the new birds.
Human aggressive roosters can pass on similar genetics to offspring so don't incubate eggs he has fertilized.
