introduction

I have about 18 hens and one roosters and over half of them look TERRIBLE.
 
OK so my hens tend to attend the rooster and he let's it happen what do I do about it if anything
 
Also I was wondering how many square feet u need for each chicken
 
Howdy All!!....have been roaming thru the site....looking at pics and gathering insight and info from many of you and thoroughly Impressed with the ideas and knowledge.....Thanks a Bunch!!.....busy preparing for the arrival (6/8) of 9 black laced golden wyandottes, 7 khaki campbells, and 7 rouens....have to construct new housing....the old house is now a goat pen....lol
