Hi everyone! I'm from Zimbabwe & I'm just getting my flock started. So far, I have 15 chickens to start with. Please help me with some ideas.

Hi Tina, and welcome to BYC - great to have you join us. 15 chickens is a fine start. Are they commercial birds, or heritage? Just interested because its very difficult to get anything but commercial birds here in Kenya. redsox has given you a great link that has lots of very useful info, but if you have any specific questions, then please do not hesitate to ask - we are here to help each other.
