Hello, my name is Loyal I am in the northern zone of Costa Rica near the Nicaraguan border.

Currently, I work for a certified organic farm that produces vanilla and gourmet spices. Gallinaza (chicken manure) is used in the production of these crops, but it is impossible to find it here from a certified source. We have about ½ of an acre of certified land to start a chicken project. The certifying organization here could not refer me to any farm or operation that is producing organic eggs or gallinaza in Costa Rica. I was hoping I could correspond with other organic producers to share ideas and maybe, ask for some advice.

It looks like this forum and it's members are a weath of information.
