That protein percentage is too high for chicken chicks. Can you put them on something closer to 20%?
12 sq feet is also not enough space for 20 chicks. You should consider tripling that space and that might get the through to 6 weeks.
If your coop and run are already built, I would suggest moving them to their adult housing and brooding them out there. But the 100 watt bulb may not be enough warmth and an open bulb is a dangerous heat source for the coop. A large brooder plate or momma heating pad would be much better and safer.
