Introductions

Mine have been out from day one as this time they have broody mumma keeping them warm. But they are fine during the day without mum sitting on them. My 2 Plymouths (from the picture) didn't have a broody they only had each other but they coped outside from 3 weeks, however that was last January, so it was pretty warm then. Chicks do huddle together for warmth and as long as they have the majority of their feathers I reckon they'd be okay outside now. Maybe you could start acclimatising them by letting them outside during the day and bringing them in at night? I'm assuming you have your coop and run set up and ready to go?

Yes, they've been outside a couple of times for a few hours in the sunshine. I'd like to try and have them out for the day on the weekend if it's nice enough.
