Today I put my 3wk old Silkie in with my two 5wk old Golden Stars. They did really good, China (Silkie) stood up to Nugget and Curry, she was not going to be bullied!! She straightens up as tall as she can and stretches her neck as far as it can go and holds her ground! Proud of all the girls....really hopeing China is a girl!

Since you have a Silkie Rooster maybe you can tell me if this is true or not. The lady I got her/him from said that you can tell if the silkie babies are roosters if their flight feathers are longer than the others on the wing. Is this true?
