Your plan should work. Do know there will be fights and unless there is lots of blood or injury, my mantra is let them fight or you'll just drag it out. Do a search on intergrating hens, adding birds and so on, there are lots of threads about it.

So if transfering one at a time, do you start with the strongest/head hanco or do you add the underdog first?
