Inubating under a broody

2 Saturdays a go but i put them in at about 8:15 pm and 21 days from there is friday night at 8:15 pm so will they start to hatch that night or on saturday ????

There is no way to determine when they will hatch. 21 days is an estimate, they may take 22 or 23 days or as few as 19. If they are under a hen just leave her alone and don't bother her. You don't want her to abandon the nest. She'll let you know when she's ready to show them off.

Your counting is off. If you put them in on Saturday, Sunday is day one, therefore they will hatch on Sunday. If everything is right, probably Sunday night going into Monday.
