Invalid IP in chat.

Certain users get kicked out of chat with invalid IP address. Who should they get in touch with to get it fixed? Do the administrators here know a work around? Thanks in advance.

You can PM me the IP addresses and the steps leading up / error messages. This is the first time we've received a report on this issue.
