INVERNESS SHOW IN FLORIDA-Who's going?

I emailed Tom Carey also and here is his reply:

"Both shows will take place on Saturday. You can coop in Friday evening after 6PM and the judging for both shows will begin at 9AM on Saturday morning. We hope that all judging will be done by 3PM and we can start to tear down and clean up. Sorry for the confusion but you won't need a motel for Saturday. Of course we won't turn any help down with clean up.
We're looking forward to a great show. See you there!"

This was very helpful because now I know that I don't need to stay on Saturday night as well. Looks like both shows are Saturday so if you are planning on going...go Saturday!

That is correct Saturday only. Originally I was told the show was on two days and I didn't verify it. I'm sorry I mis-informed everyone.

I am so glad you posted this Sunshine. I was planning on having to wait until Sunday for awards then checkout.

I hope everyone will take the time to help tear down the show afterwards. It's a LOT of work, but the more people involved the quicker it goes and the faster EVERYONE will be able to get their birds home and back to their coops. Please do donate your muscles and time afterwards.

So glad you had a good hatch!!!! The babies are beautiful. My husband is partial to our RIR's too. Will be great to see you!

cmom has been gracious enough to offer DH & myself a spacious apartment to stay in Friday night before the show. She has such a good heart! If I'm like I usually am before a show,,I won't sleep much!!

They don't allow you to sell birds outside the auditorium, but sellers can rent a spot inside if they want to. I am just bringing presold chicks from people who have PM'd or emailed me...

They are really stressing that if everyone can help clean up, and take down cages, that will be a big help.
