Irritated eye on hen

Hi all,
One of my lady's, Leslie Knope, has an irritated eye. The bottom of her eye is slightly swollen and is impeding her vision. She has no other issues (appetite normal, normal interaction, no runny nose, etc) and her other eye is totally normal. I did wipe it down a little and it seemed to help. She also seemed to be relieved, as she didn't fight us while I was doing it. (as per her name, she is wildly feisty!) Any suggestions? Including some photos below for reference.

Any chance of injury? Poked in the eye? Pecked?

Thanks! I don't think it is Mycoplasmosis, thank God. But I'll keep an lookout for those symptoms just in case. Injury is most certainly an option.
