there are plenty of people out there who want good eggs and they DO understand that you get a "bad" one once in awhile..

I sell a lot of my eggs at a cafe where I go quite often.. sometimes the person who ordered the eggs does not show up.. All I have to do is announce that I have 2 dozen eggs to sell..
You would not believe how many total strangers step up and buy them..

don;t mess with the "bad" customers and eventually you will have all good customers..
