Is 100.6 incubator temp ok?

This is my first hatch do I need to adjust?

My temp, it is 100.6 and i t is a home made chick bator from Miss Priss plans. If has a fan and the eggs are in a egg flat and I am going to turn be tilting the whole bator.

EDIT: BTW, at what level from the floor up are you taking the temperature? I think that you're supposed to take the temperature at floor level, and with a fan, the ideal floor temperature should be 99.5* F.

my still air, i did 100 so i would say your OK! Now what's your humidity?

Depending on where the thermometer is located, and if the eggs are already in the incubator, my suggestion would be: DON"T MONKEY WITH IT! Seriously, the more people try to adjust the thermostat while eggs are in, the more chances of mistakes. Just my humble opinion.
