Is 16/22 considered a good hatch?

Well this was my first serious attempt at hatching! I had 16 out of 22 coturnix quail hatch 2 piped and died and 4 never developed. Is this considered a good hatch?

Well to an expert I don't know if it was but to me it is

 

[loveourbirds]

with quick math that's about 80% so yea, that's a good hatch rate. especially if the eggs were shipped.
