Is 4 weeks old enough to distinguish Mille Fleur D'Uccle based on comb size and color?

I have several chicks with very similar, larger combs that I assume are cockerels? The combs are brighter in color.

The rest have a similar, smaller comb size that are lighter in color. Is 4 weeks too early to be certain? Pictured are one of each.

The one on the left is a cockerel, the one on the right probably a pullet. When you see lots of growth and color on the comb at an early age it almost always means you have a boy.
Thank you, I was just amazed at how early these guys were appearing to be distinguishable.
