is 75% humidity on lockdown too high??

sounds like you've done a good job, my first hatch too, but I think you have to follow your intuition alot on this stuff. I'm at 99.5-99.7 with 72 humidity- when is your hatch, mine is wed night or so

Yep, not a drop. Seems to work pretty good for me.

For my first 18 days my humidity level was around 50-60% and during lock down it was up to 70-75%. It didn't harm my eggs or hatched chicks. I got 25 hatched out of 30, I will transfer them to a brooder tonight. Not too bad for a beginner I think.
