Big enough for 15 Chickens (I swear I'm only going to have 15! Yea, right!)? I'm thinking they'll be spending a lot of time in the run, I won't be able to let them out to 'free range' very often due to my schedule, and I'd rather not feed the local hawks

of which there are plenty, nevermind the coyotes, fisher cats, foxes, etc.

That's plenty of space, they'll have lots of room without stepping on each other's toes. The usual rule is 10 square feet of space per chicken for a run, you have about 17. You can have more chickens!

16x16 is a decent run for 15 chickens.
Ill bet you can free range them

Just take care and watch them when you free range them, even if it only 15-45 min when you get home to watch them.

Everybody has there predators , be it a mink fox, fisher, ect.

Fisher's are very nasty, maybe you can trap the one or you can learn to live with your predators, some how

You make a choice to either lock the chicks down, or give them free range and live with the consequences.
