I got some eggs for my broody hen to hatch out. The mama was either a buff orp or a cinnamon queen, though I'm 95 percent sure it was the latter; the dad a mille fleur d'uccle. From what I understand, a cinnamon queen is a SLW x New Hampshire Red, and that the chicks, if female, will be buff/red.
My question is whether the sex-linking holds true down the line, if bred with a mille fleur d'uccle roo. The two chicks that hatched out definitely lean to the buff/red side.
