Any photos from outside? Basically I'm looking for areas that might be protected from wind/rain enough to stick holes into.

Also, you can consider building a perch underneath the coop. While weather is warm they may like sleeping outside. I have a couple that do that. Just make sure it’s predator proof!Okay, I,ll look for a new/bigger coop.
Is there any way I can get a free or cheaper coop because I am short on money right now. We had to build the second coop and now it's still not big enough and they are already 3 weeks old. Also, we can't build another because we don't have anymore wood.
Craigslist typically has lots of free pallets and as RMT said above check the free section as well and you may be able to find leftovers from others. Maybe make a Craigslist post looking for a free doghouse or a chicken coop. Who cares what it looks like if you can use the wood to make a coop. It can be painted or even put siding on later to make it look nicer. If they are only 3 weeks old you definitely have some time. The hoop coop could be a good option too, depending on where you live. You may also look on here in your state and you may find someone close by that has an old coop to get rid of or some materials they would give you as well.Maybe look into hoop coops? Much less expensive to build than a traditional wooden coop.
You might be able to pick up free scrap wood from craigslist since people might be clearing out odds and ends from their own projects.
Or for the time being use the coops that you have, since the chicks are still small, and upgrade when you have the time and funds available.
