Is anyone else interested in cars and motorsport?

Oh I have no doubt they are fast and smooth but you can get fast and smooth in other drives too that are far superior to a tesla.
They look ugly, they are no such thing as good for the environment, I don't buy into "crazes" like the little "ev" craze that is happening at the moment....

I dont buy a car just cos it has disco lights and can fart....
I personally don’t get how people can call them ugly?… they’re beautiful. Especially their more expensive models… And while they might not be 100% good for the environment, they are certainly better than gas cars.

And the “EV” craze, isn’t really a craze. In a few years everyone, or most, will have one, as every car company is moving to electric.

I just feel like you can’t get much better.
Its so smooth theres no bumps whatsoever
it drives itself
it has a tv in the front
It has a DISCO party! Its headlights open up and everything lights up from the outside (even the trunk opens) to the music.
It doesn’t run on gas
And theres other cool features to, thats just what i like about it.

Its gold.
I've driven them and priced them, and I just do not see the value for price there. If I want cheap, plasticky interior finishes, I can buy any entry level car from any other maker for half or less. At the market price point they're competing in, the comfort and amenities offered are woefully substandard. The EV price tag is not enough of a reason to spend that kind of money on tupperware. We're in the market and actively looking for an EV, and We've already crossed any Tesla model off the list for these reasons.

If you ever come here, be mighty careful!
Lately the police are everywhere, and if you go 5 to 10km over there is a good change you will be caught.
Lots of undercovers as well.
We have pretty much given up having a 'nice time' while driving, unless we are on real quite back roads.
But some of them drive Stingers!

Have you looked at BMW's electric vehicles? Too expensive for me, just curious if they are made as well as the gas models.

It does seem since 2022 the Model 3 and such got worse.

I love the styling of the I8 actually. I haven't seriously looked at one because it's too impractical for what we need right now, but I would buy one under different circumstances. Leaning Hyundai/Kia way right now, but we're holding out to see what the EV9 hits the market with (larger SUV model). The AWD EV6GT is a monster.

What I should really do is just drop 20 grand into my '66 Bug and electric convert it. West Coast Electric has a full kit using Tesla battery packs and motors that basically drops right in to replace the aircooled engine and has 250 mile range.
