Is anyone else interested in cars and motorsport?

I have actually known about/watched some of this before, but just didn't really know the name!
I always find it very impressive, and great fun to watch. Do you know if they have a navigator in the vehicles as well?
I think it depends on the class and vehicle. Off-road racing isn't a sport I"m super aware of how things run, to be honest. Which is ironic, since I grew up in the desert, flying around in pre-runner trucks and on 4 wheelers.

Had an amazing day out on the weekend at one of my favorite rallies. New nav/driver combination, and the first time that I was pushing hard (while trying to finish at the same time!)
Got a respectable 12 out of 23 finishers ( 29 starters) and had so much fun! I also got to try out the cars top speed, as there was a brilliant stretch of open road; it was 177km/h.

That didn't go quite as planned....🤔
We're all fine, some slightly stiff and sore necks for a day or two, but all good now.

Oh no! pretty sure that tire doesn't belong in the road like that... Clip a corner?
You're not wrong about it not belonging there!
We came into a tight righthander, and hit a patch of bull dust which had been building up in some areas of this rally.
Just lost all grip, the back left hit the bank (taking the wheel off) that swung us round so the front started go up the bank, and then did one full roll back onto our wheels.
Was an interesting experience!
The car is fixable with time, the roll cage is fine.

Glad you aren't hurt. Sounds like the cage did it's job if you rolled 'er over.
