I hope your Leg Horn/ RIR cross lays many many eggs for you.... LOL I love little yellow peeps. and isn't it amazing how they love to be right on top of that thermometer? Mine here were all doing the exact same thing... But now 2 have gone to a hen out back & the others went home to their new human mom tonight.

It's fun to see a family all excited over new babies...

Now I've just got some ducklings to hatch out & I think I go on lock down with them on Sunday or wait I think this too would be Monday.

I have 2 more of those little yellow guys due to hatch tomorrow. It's day 20 now. About 4 days after I put the first eggs in my parents gave me 2 more to try to hatch, so I put them in a few days later than the others. It's not a cross I would have chosen, but they were free eggs and I am in love with that one little chick.
