It's very easy.First you need an approved shipping box,frankstrade.com has them.Go to www.usps.com and click on calculate a price,fill in all the info,bring box to your local post office.Shipping is very expensive now,it use to be reasonable,but those days are gone.Your much better off buying from local people unless you don't mind paying the hi shipping cost.
