Is are these eggs dead they all have this same thing on the top of the egg???

How long have they been in the incubator? It’s not going to hurt anything to let them incubate for another few days. Either they’ll hatch or they won’t. Just be sure that if a funky smell develops, you find the rotten egg(s) and dispose of it.

Yes, this^^^^, and....

..and these are the eggs that were under the not really broody hen?
Wait until day 5-7 or so before deciding if they are developing or not.

They have been incubating for about 4 days and half I will wait till
Sunday to candle any

Also I woke up this morning (I have a little giant incubator and it’s forced air) and I put the thermometer below the heater where some of the eggs are and it read 114.8. Last night I had the thermometer in the middle of the eggs on it read 99.5 to 100.8 so it was pretty acurate there but what do I do about the 114 spot ????

You must calibrate teo separately purchased thermometers. Don't trust the thermometer that comes with a bator.

I keep 3 or 4 thermometers in my bator at all times.

I have one digital thermometer but we can’t find any dialed ones that you can calibrate

Ya I don’t trust it at all the digital thermometer says it’s 99.5 but the Baylor says it 103 so
