Well we had storms here tonight! Nothing damaged but a lot of rain and some tee’d off chickens.

Well, guess you could look at it this way...at least it wasn't a snow storm! (Poor chickens)

cool. @casportpony said shed get me started.... but there are also local breeders. Mucovys dont ship well. But I really Like Metzer farms for the runners.

They are in California too....


Muscovies get big and their meat is much like beef You can make procheuto, Pastrami and conred Beef like products. I dont want to raise a steer or Lambs for meat.... But I could handle processing poultry. Muscovy i8s supp9osed to be leaner than Duck as well.

I’m getting pekin and trying Murray McMurray hatchery for the first time.

I've never ordered ducks from them but have ordered chicks. They were good to deal with and all the chicks made it to me just fine.
