Is BYC Experiencing Cabin Fever?

When you go to check your alerts, does anyone just cringe when you see someone quoted your post and you think to yourself "uggh, I wonder what I said wrong this time." Lots of times it's a nice reply, but it's those few that make me want to quit posting.

So how does everyone amuse themselves when the weather keeps you inside? (Other than chatting on BYC, of course ).

So how does everyone amuse themselves when the weather keeps you inside? (Other than chatting on BYC, of course ).

I clean like a crazy person. Pulling everything out of cabinets, wiping everything down, rearranging the linen closet, mopping, mopping, mopping.

If the puppies could play nice I could get some quilting done.


Next week it's going to be cold and snowy so we are going to be stuck inside all week.

I will be drawing out a back yard redo........That will end up being a pain in the back to put into play.

I've been reading through this thread since yesterday, I hope you're all having a great day.

I'll agree a lot of people seem edgy. I'm not afraid to check my alerts, I'll usually just leave a thread if I think I can't keep my mouth shut. I do it a lot and just don't go back There are some threads I still visit, I just skip over posts made by people on my mental ignore list.

How many puppies do you have? I have 3 indoor cats and they're good company.

I read a lot. A whole lot. Watch 2 or 3 favorite shows on tv, an occasional movie (but I'm not real big on tv in general). When my husband isn't out of town I cook and do a lot of baking.

LOL! It's more of a twitchy can't sit still type of cleaning. I am super easily distracted so end up with a bit of crazy straightening at the end of the day.

We have 4 dogs total here.
A ten year old 110 pound sugar of a dog named Jack. A one year old Malamute named Delilah. A second one year old pitsky named Sable. Then there is a 16 week old black and tan coon hound named Tilly. The baby is already 40#.

Play gets rough unless I am right there. Sable end up in the short end of the stick way to often.

I did a lot of baking last year. This year I decided to resist that urge.

I do puzzles, exercise, and watch Judge Judy. It takes me a couple of hours to tend my critters, so that keeps me busy too. I'm trying not to post much due to some treatment lately by a few wayward members. . You have sucked me back in.
