Is BYC Experiencing Cabin Fever?

I do! Solitaire too Although I more often play my other games. My current game is Subnautica. Living vicariously through all the warm, tropical waters. So what if there are big predatory fish trying to eat me and an alien disease infecting me as well, it's warm and sunny Well, at least above 500 meters it is.

I've never heard of that one. I don't have a lot of time for mahjong, but like to play it when I'm feeling overwhelmed. It helps clear out my braincells somehow.

@PouleChick I used to know someone with fibro myalgia, that's a hard one, sorry you all are dealing with that. It's understandable that would slow house projects down. I think a BYC special rental deal is a cool idea!

So I'm guessing you guys don't want to hear that the last few days have been up to 20c (68f) sunny and warm and gorgeous???? That I've been out in the garden (with the chickens helping of course!) doing lots of pruning, drying all my washing on the line without needing 20 minutes in the dryer at the end?

I don't know about the rest of BYC but I certainly have cabin fever right now! I'm irritable, have lost all my patience and am slowly going insane... although to be fair I'm also 6 months pregnant, putting up with crappy cold weather and I had to move into town and give up my chickens, yard, garden and privacy. Also got fired from my job of 9 years because I had to leave sick just ONE day because my morning sickness was so bad. Can't seem to find a lawyer to take my case on that one. That's how larger companies get away with stuff like that though.

Needless to say I'm really hoping to find a new place out of town with some real space after little Vivvi gets here in May. Also still on the hunt for a job. Been 4 months but nobody wants to hire a pregnant woman around here. *Sigh* Sorry. Kinda got off topic but the rant made me feel a little better.

Thank you. I can't wait to meet her. I know the stress on me hasn't been good for her but we're pushing through it. I just wish she wasn't going to get such a rough start. No where to go but upwards!
