Old Mister Montgomery was my run away from person. He had the best apples and we used to try and sneak them all the time. He’d chase us off but he would never try and catch us. Come to think about it, I think he liked it.

Favorite book? There are so many that for whatever reason were excellent reads.
I will go with "the Dragon Riders Of Pern".....The entire series.
So hard to choose just one book.

Well, to be honest I usually had a reason to run! Very troubled childhood, lot of resultant anger issues (since resolved)...steal a couple of cars and all of a sudden you're a person of interest.

He was harmless. Always yelling at all the kids in the neighborhood. He liked the bottle. His family had a drinking streak. Or are you talking about us stealing his apples?
