Is BYC Experiencing Cabin Fever?

I found several recipes for ratsherren topf. All in German, but basically a parmesan pork steak or meatball dish in hollandaise with schnitzel. Sound right?

Sounds nice. Any dish that is a topf is always a winner! Meaty, normally Pork and full of flavour. The one thing I really miss is gyros. Its a Greek kebab made with pork.

Yeah, I've seen it too and have started to use the report button more. For me this is much better than getting sucked into the drama.
You are always nice and I actually prefer short, to the point posts.

Short, to the point posts are definately better in an emergency. Too much information in a post can bamboozle people!

Easier to learn phonetically, I still dont know the alphabet.

I like to hear Amish German, it's at least 50% English and I can pretty much understand it. I did a USDA internship in Ohio Amish country and really learned to respect those folks. They didn't really shun me either!

Maybe it was the long beard that helped

I know just a little bit of Russian... please and thank you... and how to call someone a Pig Face..... and to say Come over hear please... Thats it... Gal by the name of Zana Zavalouk taught me... She was from Georgia... Russian Georgia.. Part of one of our trade agreements for Grain was to allow Russian Jews out of the country if they wanted. Back in the seventies.

Lots of draft horse teams come out of Amish sales... When I got my mare I wanted a Green broke mare Not one trained to harness. just halter broke and saddle and bridle work Just a little.

I have a different mind set with regard to horse training than quite a few people... Some think Draft horses are dumb and dull and not quick to respond to cues... On the contrary once they are taught one thing they always remember it. So bad teaching is difficult to retrain.

So My mare came out of Sandy Idaho and a breeder up there...

My great grandfather was a draft horse breeder/ trainer up on the Salmon river in Idaho. His name was Watts Waddington and he was well known. There's even a tributary of the river named Watts creek. I was raised with all kinds of horses. Never thought of draft horses as slow or dumb, that is how the Germans breed their warmbloods that are so athletic!
