Yeah, we've done 2 BIG "conversions": 2012 and then 2017. This update / upgrade isn't a "conversion" but just a software update. While I can't say there may not be some things that break, we absolutely don't expect this "update" to the existing software to be anything nearly as complex and problematic as those 2 conversions from one system to something completely different.

I wasn't nervous about the pending update in the least.
But the more I read this thread the more anxious I'm becoming... I hope it goes smoothly

Right!

I used to use the analogy of our last two "conversions" as having a huge 18 wheeler pull up to your house, you load all your stuff in as best and carefully as you can, and then drive it cross-country to a new house and hope everything made it over safely. The house is different, the rooms are different, but it's still "your house".

... this upgrade is VERY different.

It's more like, "Hey, our EXISTING house could use some paint, new appliances, and maybe move some furniture around in that old bedroom."
