That is not always the case for the failed alerts. There are threads that I actively read and post in and I do not get alerts on a regular basis. Some are hit and miss on whether or not I get an alert and others just fail miserably.

The only reliable method that I have found is to click on the watched threads link.

I've got it set up with a browser favorites tab that goes to 'Unread Watched Threads'.
Works great with a running list that updates if any thread I've ever posted on, or am 'watching', comes to the top of list.
I hate alerts, and email notifications.....have most of that turned off.
Hmmm...wonders if I'll have to reconfigure all that after the upgrade?
I sure hope not cause I can't hardly remember how I did it. :lol:
