Is Cat litter safe to use in the hen house?

View attachment 1226530 I know this is a REAL old thread, but thought I’d piggy back on it.. I accidentally got the wrong litter for my cats, and can’t return it. I was wondering if it’d be okay for my chicks. It’s the Ökocat litter - natural paper, dust free.

Probably OK....unless they eat a bunch of it.
I'd just use it for the cats tho.

The cats won’t use it but yeah, I probably will find other use for it. Thank you!
