Is chick death normal, or did I Screw up??? Advice????

Very happy to report no more deaths!! I have taken a bit of advice from everyone and have added a second watering station, put a bit of sugar in the water, a second feeding station, added yogurt w/grit, and made a few adjustments to the heating arrangment. Everyone seems very happy now, but I think I will be moving the older chicks to their own place in the next few days- I think it will just be safer and more comfy for them that way.

Thanks again everyone..... If it wasnt for all you BYC'ers, I wouldnt have a few of the hens I have today, all your advice has truly helped me keep my girls happy, healthy, and laying!!
