Is corn good for my chickens?

I started feeding mine scratch grains this past fall. I'm planning on feeding it to them, as a treat, through the winter. I just came in from throwing some out, on top of the melting snow, since it is so dang cold here right now.

I mix laying pellets and chops 50-50. I feed this year round in AR. If it gets too cold I just feed more.
