I'm a beginner and just have some jumbo coturnix for like 3 months. I'd been feeding them chicken feed "meat maker" that contain 21% of protein because that's the only feed with a higher protein available in my area. So far, they're laying an egg a day ever since I got them. What other sources of protein should I give them? Earthworm, cook ground beef/pork, and body builder powder. Are these choice a good protein source for quails?

With body builder protein They might end up looking like arny!!! (

I'm not sure what all is in your meat-maker diet but layer diet is good for the females. Or else, another source of calcium. You can use chicken layer pellets or crumbles.

If you have a way to raise crickets or other insects (though crickets are quite easy), that can be a good help, too. However, I find that the feed diets bought from the store are OK for my quail without adding too many supplemental or special food items.

Some scrambled or hard boiled (and mashed) eggs are a good protein boost. Sprouted alfalfa is very high in protein and gives them greens at the same time. Mine love whatever bugs they can find.

Your Meat Maker sounds the same as my Meat bird Crumble. It's the highest protein feed I can get at 20% (without having to ship food which makes it very expensive). Mine seem to do fine on it with the odd protein treat and supplemented with oyster shell grit.
