Is expansion foam toxic to chickens?

Expansion foam and filling in the holes that way...but is that toxic to chickens?

If Styrofoam would kill a chicken I would have lost more than my share.
My chickens would devour a Styrofoam cup at any opportunity.

Under a watchful eye your chickens will suffer no harm.

Try a small area and if you think they are ingesting it I would either incorporate the foam in plan B or go to plan C entirely.

I imagine they'd leave something like a clear silicone caulking agent alone. If the gaps are very large though, it might not expand enough to do the trick.

Silicone caulking is one of their favorites.

Well I guess mine are well behaved. They tend to leave everything (except the wrong feed) alone. lol
