Is he dying or injured? Video...

It started about 4 days ago that he was stumbling all over. I separated him and he continues to eat and drink well but is in obvious distress and maybe pain when he tries to walk (you will see him panting in the video) He WANTS to walk but just can't. Today is worse as he did a full split trying to stand up. This video was yesterday. Is it botulism or something else? An injury? I don't know what to do for him except put him out of his misery but hoping for a better outcome.

No none of my chickens are. And I hatched him myself.

I answered your other thread, but I would treat him aggressively for a riboflavin deficiency with poultry vitamins including B1 riboflavin, just in case, but Mareks could also be a good possibility. I would probably place him in a crate or basket so that he is close to his food and water, so that you can watch him. Here are some good links to read on Mareks:
