I would have her separated from the others and kept in a nice warm box with either a mirror or a stuffed animal.

I wish you had someone who could take you to the feed store for some Save A chick[very inexpensive] or Poultry Nutri drench. and like @Lacrystol said could some of the other ducklings be messing with her. They tend to pick on one that isn't normal Or are you still keeping her separated but in the same brooder?I was supposed to get vitamins yesterday but didn't go to my dads for other reasons. I am only 15 (young yes I know but I do know many things of caring for ducks.) I will send new pictures. I don't know what's up with her head though, the stuff won't come off
