Is Ideal Poultry trying to force cocks onto me

I have ordered 15 chicks (2 were cockarels) from Ideal. They are supposed to ship tommorow, June 10. I have asked numerous questions about things and they have answered very well. I heard about the "males for warmth" thing. I have contacted them multiple times about this. They have not replied at all to these questions. Are they trying to act like they didn't get my email so they can send me some extra cockarels. I can't butcher my chickens. I also can't rehome any Roos. What can I do?

You need to tell them you want to buy the insurance for the order (it's one or two dollars or so), and they won't put males in. I've ordered from them many times and that's what I do and they're always nice about it and just tell me they put the insurance on my order and that was that.
