Is it a disease ?!?

I may have a silly question........... better to ask though !!
I have 2 bantam Polish , 2 silver sebright bantam a few others .all are 8 weeks ........ I am noticing red around thier eyes and beak - do some chicken breeds have red skin or is this a disease ?!?! All are eating and playing , pooping normal .........

As they get closer to laying skin about the face will become red.
Yes some breads have very red skin about the face others less or no red like in the case of pure silkies.
