Is it a maran ? Can someone tell me the right name of this breed because in my country it has multiple names 🤦🏻‍♂️

I'm not sure what breed that is, to be honest. It's not a cuckoo Marans. It looks too thin to be a barred rock. It may just be a breed that was developed where you live but isn't well known elsewhere.

Yes, Dominique’s have rose combs and I can’t see the comb that well.

Those are all different breeds, although they have a similar barred pattern They are not in fact different names for the same breed. Can you get a pic where we can see the comb more clearly?
