woke up this morning to this. His beak was poking out, but not anymore. There is no movement or anything now(4hrs later). Is he still alive? Do I help?

He may just be resting. Do you have any idea how long it has been since he pipped? If you can, try this; If you have a mobile device/laptop that you can use close to the incubator, go to youtube and find a video of chicks peeping and play it by the bator. IF he is just resting you should see reaction from him to the recorded peeping.woke up this morning to this. His beak was poking out, but not anymore. I don't know how long. Last night around 5 there was no pip at all and then this morning there was this. Of course it's at the wrong end.He may just be resting. Awe. Poor thing. Sorry to hear that. It's dead. I just pulled it out and tapped it's little beak. No reaction at all.
You still have time. Hopefully you'll see some today. What was your temp and humidity during incubation? Now I'm worried about the others. I haven't seen any pips. Day 20
Yay!!Temp was right on the whole time. Humidity fuctuated a bit, but not too much. This is my thrid hatch and, I swear it's different every time. However I did just start hearing chirping from one of the other eggs.
