Is it alive?

I have this egg that was left behind. All the other ducks hatched and left along with the mother. It has probably been left alone for at least 2 days. I'm pretty sure I know the answer but I'd like to be sure. Please, if there's anything I can do to help the egg, let me know. And worst case scenario, how should I dispose of it? I'd feel bad if I just tossed it out.

Id say its dead. I usually bury them. Keeps the oder down
