is it an agricultural town??

I live in Pennsylvania in a small town in a rural setting. We are trying to get chickens and are being fought every step of the way. Does anyone know how to find out if your borough is an agricultural town and gets special funding to promote agriculture?

Somewhere, these things are defined and written. Once you find this, you will know exactly what is and is not. Subdivisions are zoned, some have home owners' associations, city limits are defined and surveyed, ordinances are recorded. Once you have the facts, you can go to work.
